Entrepreneurial leadership is organizing a group of people to achieve a common goal using proactive entrepreneurial behaviour by optimising risk, innovating to take advantage of opportunities, taking personal responsibility and managing change within a dynamic environment for the benefit of the organisation.

From all these leadership styles I believe that I am most likely a charismatic leader. I think this because I think that I am easy to get along with and I can express energy and passion in an idea which can get people on my side. I am able to be optimistic about things and will listen to others ideas. However I do not always have the knowledge to back ideas up.
